Infrastructure works of real estate development.

o Send/Collect RFQ Quotations for Tendering/Bidding.
o Review/Preparation of submittals for materials, equipment & shop drawings, as-built drawings.
o Study of Drawing BOQ & Specs for Estimation of Material & Material demand PR# raise through online portal of Company.
o Preparation of Variation/Claims of Missing BOQ items.
o Procurement- Collection of Quotes for Rate Analysis Preparation, negotiation with Vendors for best rates & follow-up Procurement of Materials.
o Coordination/Correspondence with client, vendor & also with Site Engineer/Team and follow-up Site Visits for Monitoring the Work/Progress & Assigning duties of Staff.
o Preparation of Measurement Sheet, Bills / invoices for payments (IPC) for submission to Consultant.

Design/Estimation :

o Being a part of Design Team, Designed LV/LC Building drawings including CCTV, Networking, Access Control, Queue Management system, Fire Alarm and other drawings based on project specifications.
o Design Review, Load calculations, Preparation of BQ, Engineer estimate & Specs.
o Design, Preliminary design, Preparation of Estimation & Bill of quantities of Weigh Bridge, Toll plaza, Interchange, Road Lighting & Offices building of Highway project.

Site Supervision:

o Review of drawings, designs and specifications, inspection of ready units, construction stages monitoring of sites (buildings MEP works) and also preparation of status of work reports.
o Review contractors’ submittals for materials, equipment, spares, operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, shop drawings and various other submittals.
o QA/QC Inspection Walk downs.
o Checking / Certifying of Bills & invoices for payments (IPC) of the contractors.
o Issuance of Defect list/Punch list, follow up punch closing with contractor.
o Coordination/Correspondence with client, vendor, contractor and other disciplines with regards to construction activities.
o Checking of inventories as per site and drawings.

• To monitor, review and instruct subcontractor to carry out the work according to the project specifications, approved Drawings and to the approved construction method Statements.
• To supervise all lighting, earthing, cathodic protection, telecom, heat trace, motors and CCTV works including installations, cable pullings, glanding / terminations, and Ready for inspection.
• To issue Punch list, follow up punch closing with contractor and confirmed closure of more than 750 punches with client.
• Being an IIF Leader (incident and injury free), attended IIF safety walk-downs, meetings to ensure zero injury and 100% safety in all work places including preparation and organized IIF Safety tool box talk daily.
• To attend daily coordination meeting, (SIMOPS) meetings & Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Ready for startup Walk downs with Client.

Designing/Estimation:
